Hi there! I'm Kelly Derry Shadden, a Panhandle native who loves our local area and all it has to offer- amazing people, wonderful small town feel, great beaches, and the list goes on!  I have two professional passions- Education and Real Estate.  After graduating from FSU, I returned home to start my teaching career in Walton County. I even bought my first piece of property here, fresh out of college. Since then, I have gone on to get my Doctorate in Education and continue to buy, sell, and renovate many properties. 

 

Luckily, I met a guy who also has a passion for real estate. On our second date we walked around the town we were in talking about the homes in the area. It was a match made in heaven! My husband is an Army Veteran and together we moved around to several areas in the U.S.  Once we had our son, we knew exactly where we wanted to raise him- the Panhandle, so we returned home and absolutely love it here.  We enjoy the parks, walking the lake yard, and attending all of the community events.
